Quilt Winner

Thanks to all those who purchased tickets for the quilt raffle. Jeannie Tessmer is the proud winner of the beautiful quilt. I must say I'm a little jealous that it's going to be displayed at her house and not mine :) Congrats Jeanie! Thanks again to mom at for piecing and quilting such a beautiful fundraiser!

55 tickets - $50
115 tickets - $100

If you're interested in buying tickets, contact Tamara at tam4buit@hotmail.com.

We are currently in discussion with paypal regarding using them to assist with this raffle. According to Paypal: "Unfortunately, we consider any and all types of raffles as a form of gambling and thus, are considered a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy." This means that I had to remove the paypal link from the side-bar.

Until we get this resolved, please email me and we can discuss the easiest way to get that paid. Thanks.

The other, less convenient method is to mail us a check for the number of ticket you'd like. Checks can be mailed to:

The “wish I may” quilt by Sew Many Quilts
The top picture here is a sample of one quilt block. The bottom picture here is a sample out of a magazine of what the finished quilt will look like. The quilt being pieced using 1930’s reproduction fabrics. It will then be machine quilted.

A huge thank you to Constance Clausen of Sew and Sew’s Quilting for all of her hard work to get the fabric purchased, pieced and quilted. The proceeds of the raffle will help the Buitenwerf family complete their adoption of a little boy from Ethiopia.
